General

The Saltford Hall complex offers ideal accommodation for dinners, dances, wedding receptions, concerts and parties as well as conferences, lectures and small committee meetings.

The number of people that can be accommodated in each room is detailed on the relevant pages of this website and varies from 250 in the Main Hall for theatre-style functions to only a few in the cosy Kelston Room.

The stage, which is available for hire by professional and amateur groups provided they do not conflict with local activities, offers an acting area 7.3m x 6.1m (24' x 20') with a fly-tower rising to 8.25m (27'). Dressing rooms are adequate for small groups of players underneath.

All rooms have free wi-fi available and some have their own PA systems, hearing loops and large flat screen TVs. A projector and screen are also available.

The Hall is administered by the Saltford Community Association (SCA), which is a registered charity, who aims to serve the needs of the local community as a first priority, although hirers from a wide area, including many nation-wide organisations, favour the site due to its open aspect, favourable location and reasonable charges.

Our constitution

The primary object of the SCA is to promote the benefit of the people who live in Saltford. We have written a constitution and bye laws that clearly outlines the SCA intent. You can download these here:
